Service Update – A169 Closure Due to Moorland Fire We regret to inform passengers that a serious fire has broken out on the moors, affecting several areas across North Yorkshire. As a result, the A169 is currently closed between Sleights and Lockton until further notice. Unfortunately, this closure means our service is unable to operate, as the A169 is the only available route between these destinations. At present, we have no confirmation of when the road will reopen. Passengers are advised to check for the latest updates before travelling and to allow extra time for their journeys where possible. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding during this disruption. Our thoughts are with all those affected by this incident, and with the emergency services working to bring the situation under control.
